Louis Vuitton 2012 Fashion Show with Steam Smoke!

Today I want to share the Louis Vuitton’s Fall Autumn 2012 Fashion Show with lots of steam smoke! This year LV decided on a fashion show concept based on steam-powered train to create a retro feeling. Unfortunately, smoke was fake, it doesn’t have that real black coal burned ashes spraying all around! Honestly, it would be really funny to see that smoke was real and ashes were sprayed all over the place :)

My suggestion to LV, next time use a space shuttle. As the space shuttle are retired now, you can buy one for good price!

Feel the Air: Lamborghini Aventador J

Here is the most lunatic car after Mercedes McLaren Stirling Moss Edition, Lamborghini Aventador J. This car is totally open top, there is nothing to cover your head. And thanks to 700 PS V12 engine, it can achieve 300 kph (186 mph) without any problems!

Actually, if the driver and passenger skip to wear a helmet, they will really suffer a lot of problem :) Remember, this car does not have a windscreen! You will feel the air on every spot of your face, and also you won’t need any botox after driving.

Maserati Travel Kit Capsule by Fendi

I was expecting for this news from Maserati! They finally have a travel kit from a luxury brand. I know it is not shocking news but Maserati is one of the closest brand that can engage with fashion easily. Unlike other brands, Maserati design consist of notions that are related with the fashion. Especially the GranTurismo and GranCabrio models are designed based on the curves of female and male bodies. And this design concept leads Maserati to be differentiate from the competitors, also creates a link with fashion. Unlike other brands, Maserati is not only promoting power and technology, they also promote their timeless design. Moreover, the colour scheme, interior production and the leather quality always give that feelings.

Now, Maserati started to offer a travel kit designed by fashion brand Fendi. Fendi offers hats, sunglasses, valets, small bags, big bags, key rings, scarf and luggage. Don’t ask for the price, I have no idea and I don’t think they will be cheap!

Backstage of Ferrari F12berlintta's Footage

If you are wondering how the latest footage of Ferrari F12berlinetta was taken, here is the answer from Ferrari. Hopefully, automotive companies realised importance of backstage footages! This has been done by fashion brands for ages and catches lots of interest.

During the shootings of the F12berlinetta, they have used my favourite SUV Mercedes-Benz ML63AMG as pursuit camera car and also a helicopter and also high-speed cameras and also 35mm movie cameras. This short footage we watched on YouTube was not prepared by a team of amateurs!

Ford Kuga Foot Operated Automatic Tailgate

Don't miss understood the title, new Ford Kuga's tailgate is not operated by kicking! You just need to kick your foot under beneath the rear bumper and tailgate automatically opens. Also if you repeat the same process it will automatically closes. Sounds great!

Probably people like me will play with this system non-stop all the time :) And don't worry Ford developed fail-safe system for unintended operations by animals or anything run under the vehicle.

Probably you need to order the key-less access function, otherwise how can the car detects your behind the tailgate and kicking the bumper :)

The First Crash-Test Movie

I found the first crash test movie of human kind Unfortunately, it was not conducted by cars; instead it was conducted by two trains. During the California State Fair at Sacramento on 13-20 September, 1913; two locomotives were crashed head-to-head. I could not find any information, why they did something like this. Or what was the point of this action.

Eventually, this footage is officially the first crash test recorded in history. According to footage, two locomotives crashed at the speed 90 mph (145 kph). There are no information about any casualties!
